In today's competitive market place, manufactures must provide more than just machined parts. That is why our customer service team works closely with our clients to determine what unique needs they may have and how we may best serve them.

Many of our customers benefit from our relationship with local heat treating and plating facilities. We routinely assume responsibility for these processes in order to provide finished parts to our customers. In addition, we offer a variety of other value added services including local pickup and delivery, material certification, process certification, product development and product review.

Another value added service that has proven to be beneficial to many of our customers is inventory management. With our Inventory Management Program we work with our customers to establish minimum and maximum stocking levels for each item. This allows us to produce parts in larger, more cost effective lot sizes and release them in small quantities as needed. With our Inventory Management Program we can reduce our customer’s cost per piece while providing them with the security of knowing that their parts are available when they need them.
